In Chislehurst, we constructed a basement on a disused petrol station site. The works included decontamination and removal of the fuel tanks prior to the installation of a contiguous piled wall supporting neighbouring structures and allowing the basement to be constructed to the full width of the site.
The client was delighted with the way we tackled the project and extended our contract to include the construction of the superstructure for the apartments on top of the basement.
