I am just writing to express my Partnership's profound thanks for all the work your company has done to make this project happen. We have obviously already said this before but I wanted to put on paper our thanks to the crew on the ground, Ernie Cook, John Owen and David Balcombe with the rest of their team. We have been impressed by the way everyone has conducted themselves on site.
Everyone has worked very, very hard, and it has been particularly reassuring having Ernie's advice and visible support during the transition into working from the new building. The men on site seem to have been relentlessly cheerful, even during the appalling winter and were only too happy to help and advice, including digging us out in the snow at the old health centre.
So many thanks again, and we all look forward to seeing you at the official opening of the building.

We are all pleased to be able to recommend Civils who recently carried out a project for us. We originally appointed Civils to design and construct a basement car park for an apartment development in Chislehurst. Civils were able to make a very rapid start on site and adapted their method of working to include for significant decontamination of the site without extension to the programme.
As a result of the good working relationship we developed with Civils, we decided to award them a subsequent contract to construct the superstructure element for the building. The superstructure element was placed as a traditional contract, however Civils remained active with design suggestions and ensured that they had sufficient information to keep the project on track. A professional approach to the site management and quality ensured the successful completion of the construction phase.

Civils have been working as a main contractor on our current project at Hove. The project involves the conversion of a reinforced concrete framed former hotel into 16 luxury apartments with a basement car park. Civils are carrying out all the necessary structural modifications, constructing an additional storey for the penthouse and re-cladding the entire building.
