Construction of new 8000sm steel framed factory building with a height to eaves of 10m, steel cladding to roof, steel/block cladding to walls, including machine foundations and pits. The project necessitated the excavation of 300,000m3 of spoil, the construction of 23,000m2 of external concrete paving and the construction of two lined cooling lagoons each 100m x 15m x 4m deep, ancillary buildings including a pump house, associated underground pipework etc.
